Hi, I'm Kara, ex corporate chef, now full time mama and wellness business founder on a mission to support women all over the world to level up their health through premium water technology and build their own wellness business from home, in alignment with their values and beliefs, while living a health-conscious sustainable life alongside an incredible global like-minded community.

My journey into holistic and natural living started when I began paying closer attention to what I was allowing in my environment, on my skin, and in my mouth. After years of autoimmune disease, chronic health issues and infertility, I managed to heal through yoga and simpler, natural, low tox and more honest holistic way of life. Through this journey and in each life phase, I have learnt how to make, grow and nurture a more balanced holistic way of life and I want to share this with a like-minded community.
